Términos de Servicio (T.O.S.)

1. Workflow and Requests

You must provide clear visual references and a detailed description of your request before I start.

I reserve the right to decline any commission if it doesn't fit my art style or if I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter.

2. Payment and Pricing

Payment for the commission is made after the initial sketch is approved.

If you are a regular client or fully trust my work, you have the option to pay 100% upfront.

3. Revisions and Changes

Small adjustments can always be made throughout the process without any problem.

If you have an alternative version of the drawing in mind, it is highly important that you let me know from the very beginning. I usually start working on the alternative versions before the original piece, so letting me know early prevents any delays.

Drastic changes to the structure or pose when the drawing is already near completion might not be possible or may require an extra charge.

4. Copyright and Usage

You have complete freedom to use the artwork however you wish, though I always appreciate and ask for proper credit when you post or use it.

All finished pieces will include my watermark somewhere on the drawing.

I retain the right to post the artwork on my own accounts and social media to showcase my portfolio.

5. Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery times: It usually takes me between 1 to 2 weeks to complete a piece, but this timeframe may vary depending on my current workload or personal schedule.

Refund policy: No refunds. Once the money is transferred, platforms like PayPal take a percentage as a fee. If a refund were to be issued, that fee is not recovered, which means both of us would end up losing money. For this reason, all sales are final.
